There are 16 CNC gear profile grinding machines in the company, including NILES ZP30 and NILES ZE800 from Germany, RAPID1500 and RAPID1000 CNC gear profile grinding machine from Germany Hofler. The maximum grinding diameter of Germany NILES ZP30 CNC gear profile grinding machine is 3200mm, and maximum grinding Mn=40. The weight of single gear for grinding is 30 ton. Precision of gear grinding is DIN standard level 3. The diameter of internal gear of grinding is 2800mm, DIN standard level 4-5. There are 13 gear hobbing machines. Among them, the maximum hobbing diameter is 5 meters, Mn=40. There are three imported processing centers, large CNC planer boring-milling machine with bearing of 100 ton, CNC boring machine, CNC high-efficient gear slotting machine, 3.5 meters upright lathe and among other precision equipment. The company also introduced the large well type gas carburizing furnace manufactured by Austria AICHELIN Corporation with German DEMIG expert system, the technological process is according to fully controlled by computer, which is conducted in German Standards. The maximum diameter of processing work piece can be ￠4000mm and the maximum length can be 3500mm. The carburizing layer’s depth can be 7-8mm and the hardness of gear surface can be HRC58-62. Moreover, the company is equipped with other detecting and testing equipment such as three-coordinate inspection machine from German ZEISS, gear integrated measuring instrument, high-power type test-bed, meta-allograph microscope, carbon-sulfur analyzer, magnetic powder defect detector, ultrasonic defect detector, etc.
The products are mainly applied in metallurgy, building materials, rubber & plastics, electric power, petroleum, coal mining, etc, and broadly exported to countries of America, Germany, Italy, Norway, etc. The company also manufactures reducers, which are matched to plates production line, high-speed bar wire, profile production line of large state-owned enterprise such as China First Heavy Industries, China National Erzhong Group Co., Boaster Group, Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp., etc. The products has won good reputation among home and abroad users for its advanced design and fine manufacturing. The main reducer and gear stators frame from F1 to F3 matching to 1780mm wide-plate rolling production line of China First Heavy Industries is reaching 9000KW. High-speed bar wire reducers manufactured for Siemens VAI Manufacturing Co., Ltd have been sold abroad.
